In this article, I will teach you how to reset the Reolink Argus PT camera.
The process is very simple and takes less than 1 minute.
You can use the reset needle that comes with the camera or a paper clip.
Here are the step-by-step to reset the camera:
1. Turn ON the camera
2. Move the lens to find the micro SD card slot
3. Insert the reset needle into the reset hole
4. Press the needle until you hear the confirmation message:
"Factory reset succeeded. Please release the reset button".

You can find a little bit of resistance when trying to move the lens up but don't worry this is normal and you won't break the camera, just move it up!
Find the micro SD card slot and open it. There's a reset hole on the left side.
Just insert reset the needle into the hole to press and hold the internal button.
After a few seconds, you will hear the reset notification message...
While pushing the reset button with the needle you can hear a click that indicates you've pressed correctly. Makes sure you did that and just hold.
