Hi,

Thank you for visiting the blog.
The first method with the formula is based on the bitrate (bandwidth) with HD resolution or Full HD resolution and 15 FPS
So, you can just use the formula and multiply by 2 if your using 30 FPS or divide by 2 if you are using 7.5 FPs
